Name:
Chase Wingson
Age:
17
Gender:
Male
House:
Hufflepuff
What is your patronus?:
Jackal
Year at Hogwarts:
7th
Blood Status:
Pureblood
Appearance (or picutres):
Personality:
Chase is outgoing, though laid back. He takes extensive notes during every class, and gets his homework done the first minute he can, although he never misses a meal. Half the time he starts to answer a teacher's question with something sarcastic, but he catches himself at the last second and gives the correct answer. He has a temper just like his sister, where he gets scary calm and then explodes. In summary: clever, sometimes queer, hot-headed, ironic, and most of all kind. He always trys to help.
History Before Hogwarts:
Chase was born in Austrailia- Sydny, to be more specific- and had never known another home than his own right off of the beach. He practically lived outdoors, with the exception of his muggle school- he now finds everything he learned there very irrelivant. He was slightly annoyed when his little sister was born- everyone misses the spotlight being on them- but he grew to love her and want to protect her from everything that could hurt her.
Then one morning, during beakfast, there was a light tapping on the window- directly behind him- that sounded vaugly familiar to him. His mother had turned pale, and his father had stopped chewing his toast, and his sister Jay had just smiled and pointed. Chase looked over his shoulder and saw an owl sitting on the windowsill, tapping the window with its beak. Chase quickly got to his feet and opened the window. The owl flew in, dropped a letter on the counter, and flew out again, as if it had done this a million times before.
The letter had the green Hogwarts seal on the back- at the time he was clueless as to what it meant- that he had eagerly ripped open. After hurriedly reading the first page, he looked at his parents curiously. By the look they gave eachother, he just knew that they'd been keeping something from him and his sister. They explained everything about meeting at Hogwarts, and then moving to Austrailia. They agreed to send Chase off to the school, and Jay had pouted because she was still only nine and had to wait two more years before she could go.
History During Hogwarts:
Chase was amazed from the first time he saw Hogwarts. He was probably one of the few first years who weren't nervous, because he honestly didn't care which house he was in, though he was glad his parents had explained the differences. He wasn't surprised when he was placed in Hufflepuff, seeing as how his friends always called him loyal- he could never bring himself to backstab anyone.
The first major surprise to him came with the first snow fall, because, after all, Chase had never seen snow. He quickly hated it, mainly because it was too cold. The next surprise didn't come until his third year, when his sister was placed in Ravenclaw. He'd merely smiled and nodded for her to go, after all, there was no way to change what house you were placed in. Another surprise came to him that year: He made it on the Hufflepuff Quiditch team as a Chaser.
Nothing else that interesting happened until his sixth year, where Chase finally managed to perfect the art of transforming into an Animagus, in which case it was an jackal, the same as his patronus. Of course, he's registered, and because so the professors keep their eyes opened for any jackals on the grounds.

Do I really have to mak- What am I talking about!? This is my favorite part!
On a porch that overlooked the beach, the brown-haired boy stood, leaning against the railing, the wind blowing his long-ish hiar into his face. Chase's aquamarine eyes never left the ocean, watching as the waves crashed against the sandy shore. He sighed, pushing himself away from the spot against the cedar railing that he found himself at around this time of year for the past seven years. 'At least this is the last time I have to leave for a while. It's my last year at Hogwarts.'[/i] The thought saddened him, but also made him hold his chin a little higher. He was a seventh year, and next year he wouldn't have to go back to Hogwarts.
Chase walked back into his bedroom, and his eyes fell to his trunk, with his broomstick next to it. He smiled. At least he had one more year to play Quiditch for Hufflepuff, and one more year to get himself into trouble. "Damn, I'm gonna miss that school." he mumbled outloud.
